The Pilot Mountain Arms 300 Blackout upper assembly is built with a 16" match grade stainless barrel. We use carefully selected and assembled components to ensure accuracy and reliability. Every Pilot Mountain Arms AR upper receiver assembly is test fired and supplied with a test target showing sub-MOA accuracy.

16”, 1:8” twist, stainless ultramatch barrel made from Shilen blanks. 300 AAC Blackout chamber and M-4 Feed Ramps for ultimate accuracy and reliability. Barrel is threaded to 5/8-24 and protected with a mil-spec A2 style flash hider. bead blast finish
Pistol length gas system with low profile gas block. The pistol length gas system improves reliability with both subsonic and supersonic ammo.
11" CMMG free float hand guard system. Compatible with all standard keymod accessories.
Mil-spec parkerized Bolt Assembly
Bolt machined from Carpenter 158 steel and is Magnetic Particle Inspected (MPI). Following the machining process, the Bolt is heat treated and shot peened.
Extractor includes a black rubber insert with spring.
Bolt Carrier machined from hardened 8620 steel with gas key screws properly torqued and staked. The Interior of each bolt carrier key is chrome lined.
