Press the barrel into trunnion, set the gap, re-drill the barrel pin, repress the barrel pin, reinstall the front sight, then redrill and press in a new sling eyelet. Touch up paint on pin.
We must have the entire gun (Receiver assy, bolt group, buttstock assy, trigger group and the pins that hold everything together) to properly set the bolt gap with the new barrel.
